The right pilot.
In your seat.
When you need them.

When your operation can't afford a gap, we fill it. Type-experienced pilots and flight attendants — vetted, insured, ready to fly.

§01 / Origin
Who We Are

Built by aviation people.
Powered by relationships.

A family-owned shop, three decades in corporate aviation. We don't come from agency. We come from the flight deck.

BizJetStaffing exists to carry the weight of crew sourcing for the chief pilots, directors of aviation, and schedulers keeping flight departments running every day. We've sat in your chair. We know the trip board you're looking at. We know who's available, who's typed in your aircraft, and who's worth your insurance.

You'll always reach a real person. Usually on the first ring.

"If we wouldn't put them in our own cockpit, we won't put them in yours."

§03 / Process
How It Works

Three steps.
Then we fly.

You submit the request. We handle the rest — sourcing, vetting, verifying, insuring. You meet the crew at the FBO.

01

Your Request

Tell us what you need: aircraft, position, dates, departure city. That's it. We take it from there.

"Hey — need a G650 PIC for 5/20–5/23 out of CLE."
02

We Source & Vet

We ping our pool of active aviators, confirm availability, verify credentials, and run full FAA & criminal background checks.

  • Availability confirmed
  • Type rating & sim currency verified
  • Medical & ATP on file
  • FAA + criminal background
03

We Deliver

A fully-vetted, type-experienced crew member shows up ready to fly — covered under our insurance, drug-tested, paperwork in hand.

  • Wheels-up on your schedule
  • Insured under our policy
  • Drug tested & documented
  • One straightforward invoice
§05 / Standards
No Shortcuts · No Exceptions

Every pilot we place meets the bar.
Because we set it high.

Internal minimums for every pilot — PIC or SIC. If they don't clear the bar, they don't get placed. "Industry standard" isn't a standard we use.

I called at 11 p.m. on a Thursday with a 6 a.m. departure and a sick captain. They had a typed PIC on the ramp by 5:45 with paperwork in hand. That's the difference.

§07 / Difference
The BizJetStaffing Difference

Here to take your operation
to new heights.

Four things you won't get from a staffing factory. Four reasons our clients pick up the phone first.

i.

We're Available 24/7

Aviation never sleeps. Neither do we. Last-minute crew change, unexpected vacancy, scheduling gap at 2 a.m. — we're the call you want to make when the pressure is on.

ii.

Family-Owned. Relationship-Driven.

Built from three decades in corporate aviation, not a private-equity rollup. You'll always reach a real person who already knows your operation, your aircraft, and your preferences.

iii.

Safety First. Always.

Our vetting process, our minimum requirements, and our insurance coverage all exist to protect your operation, your passengers, and your reputation. We don't bend the rules to make a placement.

iv.

Consistent Service. Every Trip.

Trips change. Our commitment doesn't. From your first call to wheels-up to the post-flight invoice, the standard of care is the same — every single time.
